· 1/2 cup sugar
· 1/4 cup butter
· 1-1/2 tsp. Grated lemon peel
· 3 Tbs. lemon juice, at room temperature
· 4 raisin English muffins, split and toasted
Combine sugar and butter in a bowl. Stir in lemon peel and juice until
blended. Spread on each muffin half.
