• 4 Ball Park Franks, Knockwurst, or your favorite link sausage
• Mustard-Cheddar stuffing (recipe follows)
• Reuben stuffing (recipe follows)
• 4 hot dog buns

• ***Mustard-Cheddar Stuffing***
• 2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
• 4 tsp. prepared mustard
• 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
• 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish

• ***Reuben Stuffing***
• 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
• 6 tablespoons sauerkraut

Split each hotdog by cutting it almost all the way through without cutting in half. Lay the frank upside down and broil around 10 minutes. Remove and let cool. Take each hot dog and place in a bun; stuff the frank with your choice of either the Reuben or Mustard stuffing. Place back in toaster oven and broil just until cheese melts.
