You'll love Dutch pannekoeken--or German pancakes. Serve them steaming hot with syrup as you would pancakes or fill them with fruit or filling like a pie. For dinner, make them with meat or vegetables. Discover the wonderful world of pannekoeken.
Each Dutch Pannekoeken Mix is two pounds and makes nine large pannekoeken.
Editor's note: This is the pannekoeken mix we use in our classes. It rises up in dramatic fashion to create a huge bowl. It only takes eleven minutes to bake. We serve it to guests with their choice of gourmet syrup. We also fill the pannekoeken with sliced bananas or strawberries tossed with our Lawford's Coconut Cream Syrup and topped with whipped cream. This mix is very popular.
