Try these Spiked Apple Cookies with White Chocolate Chips!
These Spiked Apple Cookies are spectacularly good! Youll find loads of chunky apples, crunchy walnuts, and smooth white chocolate all set in a warm butter rum cookie. They are soft and moist and very, very good.
You'll make three to four dozen cookies. (Butter and eggs are not included.)
Editor's note: We developed these at the same time as the California Hermits and I loved them both. Our testers went nuts over them. These are chunky cookies with hunks of soft apples and plenty of nuts and white chocolate chips. These cookies are a variation of Caramel Pear and Toasted Pecan Cookies and are equally good.
Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), brown sugar (sugar, invert sugar, and cane molasses), oats, walnuts, white chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder, soya lecithin, and vanilla), dry apple pieces, baking soda, baking powder, natural and artificial flavoring, and salt. This product contains wheat, soy, nuts, and eggs, and may contain traces of dairy products.
