Editor's note: This is the pannekoeken mix we use in our classes. It rises up in dramatic fashion to create a huge bowl. It only takes eleven minutes to bake. We serve it to guests with their choice of gourmet syrup. We also fill the pannekoeken with sliced bananas or strawberries tossed with our Lawford's Coconut Cream Syrup and topped with whipped cream. Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), buttermilk (dry cultured skim milk), natural and artificial flavors, and salt.
