Canola oil
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce

Rub each piece of chicken with oil, and lay in a 13 x 9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour 2 or 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce over chicken.
