Bisquick mix 1 tea. dried tarragon 1/2 tea. salt 1 1/2 C. milk 3 eggs Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9-in. baking dish. Heat oil in skillet and fry chicken until light and golden brown. Place chicken, skin side up in dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 tea. salt and pepper. Beat baking mix, tarragon, 1/2 tea. salt, milk and eggs with hand mixer until smooth. Pour over chicken and bake until golden brown about 55 to 60 min.
