Tasty Baked Salmon

1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1 C. sour cream
1/2 tea. salt
1/8 tea. pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Drain salmon; place in 9-in. pie plate. Pour sour cream over salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 20 to 30 min. or until cream becomes thick and has a few brown patches.
