Blueberry Hummingbird Bars

3 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1 tea. baking soda
1 tea. cinnamon
1 C. canola oil
1/2 tea. salt
2 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring
2 C. diced bananas
1 C. chopped nuts
1 C. blueberries
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 15 x 10-in. jellyroll pan.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring C., level off. In lrg. bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until blended, spread evenly in pan. Bake 30 to 40 min. until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Glaze: In sm. bowl, combine 1/4 C. softened butter or margarine, 1 1/2 C. powdered sugar and 1 to 2 Tbsp. warm milk. Spread over warm bars. Cool completely, cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
Makes approximately 48 bars.
