Recipe For Cooking Carolina Chewies

Toaster Oven Cookies :: Bar Cookies

Caroline Chewies

2 C. graham cracker crumbs
1 C. chocolate chips
1 C. raisins
1/2 C. peanut butter
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

Mix all ingredients. Line a 12 x 8-in. pan with wax paper. Grease wax paper liner. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 min.

Remove from oven. Turn out of pan onto a cutting board. Peel off wax paper. When cool, cut into squares.
