Recipe For Cooking Cherry Nut Bars

Toaster Oven Cookies :: Bar Cookies

Cherry Nut Bars

2 C. flour
2 C. quick oats
1 1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. chopped pecans
1 tea. baking soda
1 1/4 C. melted butter
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 C. miniature marshmallows

In lrg. bowl mix flour, oats, sugar, pecans, baking soda and butter. Mix at low speed until crumbly.

Save 1 1/2 C. for topping, then press the remainder into a 9 x 13-in. pan. Bake for 12 to 15 min. at 350 degrees F.

Remove from oven, and spoon pie filling over crust. Sprinkle with nuts and marshmallows. Return to oven for 25 to 35 min.
