Toaster Oven Cookies :: Blondies and Brownies

Brownie Icing

4 (1.55 oz.) milk chocolate bars
4 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 C. powderedsugar

Melt milk chocolate bars in milk and butter. Add powderedsugar. Mix well and spread over warm brownies.
