Recipe For Cooking Mint Brownies

Toaster Oven Cookies :: Blondies and Brownies

Mint Brownies

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 C. margarine
2 (1 oz.) squares chocolate
1 C. sugar
1/2 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring
1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. nuts

Mix all ingredients and bake in a 9-in. square pan for 25 to 30 min. at 350 degrees F.

First Frosting
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 C. powderedsugar
1 Tbsp. cream
1 tea. peppermint extract

Mix, then frost brownies.

Second Frosting
1 (1 oz.) square chocolate
1 Tbsp. margarine

Melt together in a double boiler, then drizzle over the first frosting.
