Recipe For Cooking Toffee Blondies
Toaster Oven Cookies :: Blondies and Brownies
Toffee Blondies1 1/2 C. flour 1 tea. baking powder 1/4 tea. salt 1/2 C. unsalted butter (at room temperature) 3/4 C. packed light brown sugar 1/4 C. sugar 2 eggs 2 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring 1/4 C. plus 2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped pecans 1/2 C. toffee chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13 x 9-in. baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt in sm. bowl. Beat butter with both sugars in bowl until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla extract or flavoring, then flour mixture. Fold in 1/4 C. pecans and toffee chips. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with remaining chopped pecans. Bake for 25 to 30 min. or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack. Cut.
