Baked Sausage Patties

Shape 1 (16 oz.) pkg. bulk pork sausage into 8 patties about 1/2 in. thick. Place on a rack in a broiler pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 to 20 min. or until done. Drain on paper towels.

To make ahead, prepare as directed; let cool. Wrap in aluminum foil; refrigerate.

To serve, let stand at room temperature 1 hr.. Bake at 350 degrees F in foil 10 min. or until thoroughly heated.
