Banana Icing

Bananas
2 c. powderedsugar
1/8 tea. salt
1 tea. lemon juice
1/2 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring

Put soft bananas through a ricer until you have 1/2 c. banana pulp. Sift sugar and stir into the pulp until smooth. Beat in remaining ingredients. Add more powderedsugar, if needed.
