Recipe For Cooking Caramel Fluff Frosting

Caramel Fluff Frosting

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
6 Tbsp. cold water
3 egg whites
1/4 tea. salt

Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler. Beat constantly with electric mixer until mixture forms soft peaks.

This will frost the top and sides of three (8-in.) layers.
