Creamy Blender Chocolate Frosting6 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened baking chocolate 1 c. evaporated milk 1 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring 1 1/2 c. sugar 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine Cut chocolate into sm. pieces. Put all of the ingredients into a blender. Cover. At low speed, blend until lrg. pieces are chopped. Stop motor and stir. Blend at high speed until frosting becomes thick and creamy. Makes 3 c. frosting.
