Recipe For Cooking Peanut Butter Frosting

Toaster Oven Cakes :: Cake Frosting

Peanut Butter Frosting

Yield: Will frost one 9 x 13-in. sheet cake or a double layer cake.

2/3 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. peanut butter
4 c. powderedsugar
4 to 5 tbsp. milk
1 c. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts

In med. bowl, combine butter and peanut butter. Blend with mixer on low speed 1 to 2 min. until fluffy. Add powderedsugar and continue beating. Add milk a little at a time until desired consistency.

Frost cake and sprinkle with chocolate chips and peanuts.
