Chocolate Bundt Cake

1 (18.25 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
1 sm. box chocolate instant pudding
1/2 C. warm water
1/2 C. canola oil
8 oz. sour cream
4 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and beat for 4 min. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into a prepared Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 60 min. Cool, then dust with powderedsugar.
