Garden Eggplant Pudding Cake

1 package yellow cake mix with pudding
4 eggs
1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 tea. each nutmeg and cinnamon
1/4 C. oil
2 C. peeled and grated eggplant
1/8 tea. each ground cloves and salt

Combine all ingredients and beat 4 min. Pour into greased and floured l0-in. Bundt pan. Bake 50 to 55 min. in 350 degree F oven. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
