Recipe For Cooking Key Lime Cake

Key Lime Cake1 (18.25 oz.) box lemon cake mix 1 sm. box instant lemon pudding mix 3/4 C. water 1/2 C. canola oil 4 eggs 5 Tbsp. Key lime juice 1 1/2 C. powderedsugar 3 Tbsp. Key lime juice Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13 x 9-in. cake pan or one 10-in. Bundt pan. In a lrg. bowl stir together lemon cake mix, lemon instant pudding, water, oil, eggs and 5 Tbsp. Key lime juice, mixing well. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 min. Pour Key Lime Glaze over cake while still warm. Key Lime Glaze Mix together the powderedsugar and the 3 Tbsp. key lime juice (or more if necessary). Spoon glaze over warm cake.
