Recipe For Cooking Andes Creme De Menthe Cookies

Toaster Oven Cookies :: Cookie Cutter and Ball Cookies


Andes Creme de Menthe Cookies

Makes approximately 38 cookies.

1/2 C. salted butter, softened
3/4 C. dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 C. sugar
1 tea. baking soda
1 tea. baking powder
2 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring
2 eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Andes baking chips
2 2/3 C. sifted flour

Blend butter, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract or flavoring and eggs until mixed. Stir in Andes Baking Chips, then stir in flour.

Chill for approximately 1 hr. in the refrigerator.

Raise oven rack one level above middle and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Measure out approximately 1 oz. of dough (about one heaping Tbsp.); form ball and place on nonstick cookie sheet; flatten ball slightly. Continue with remaining dough.

Bake for approximately 8 to 10 min. Cool on pans for 2 min. before removing.
