Recipe For Cooking Banana Pudding Sugar Cookies
Toaster Oven Cookies :: Cookie Cutter and Ball Cookies
Banana Pudding Sugar Cookies2/3 C. vegetable shortening 2/3 C. sugar 2 eggs 1 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring 1/2 tea. baking powder 1/2 tea. salt 1 sm. box instant banana pudding 2 1/2 C. flour, divided Cream the vegetable shortening and the sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the vanilla extract or flavoring, baking powder and salt. Add the DRY instant banana pudding powder. Mix in 2 C. of the flour; add the remaining 1/2 C. only if needed. Cover dough and chill for at least 2 hr. or overnight. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets. Shape dough into walnut size balls and place 2 in. apart on the prepared cookie sheet. Flatten balls and bake for about 8 min. or until light golden brown.
