Recipe For Cooking Chocolate Crinkles

Toaster Oven Cookies :: Cookie Cutter and Ball Cookies

Chocolate Crinkles

1/2 C. canola oil
4 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 C. sugar
4 eggs
1 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring
2 C. flour
2 tea. baking powder
1/2 tea. salt
1 C. powderedsugar

Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Sift flour, then measure. Stir flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture. Chill several hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Drop tea.ful of dough into powderedsugar. Roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet and bake 10 min. Do not overbake.
