Recipe For Cooking Peanut Butter Clouds

Peanut Butter Clouds1 C. sugar 1 C. powderedsugar 1 C. vegetable shortening 1 C. crunchy peanut butter 2 eggs 1 tea. vanilla extract 2 C. flour 2 tea. baking soda 1 tea. salt In a lrg. bowl, combine sugars, vegetable shortening, peanut butter and eggs. Beat until well blended. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls about the size of a walnut. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork to make a criss-cross pattern. Bake for 10 min., or until lightly browned, at 350 degrees F.
