Recipe For Cooking Gooey Coconut Bars

Toaster Oven Cookies :: Cookies that Use Cake Mix

Gooey Coconut Bars

1 (18.25 oz.) box French vanilla cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 C. (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring
1/2 tea. almond extract or flavoring
1 (16 oz.) box powderedsugar
1 1/2 C. shredded coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13 x 9-in. baking pan with Pam.

Combine first 3 ingredients. Press into bottom about 1 in. up the sides of prepared baking pan.

Mix together next 6 ingredients and pour over crust. Bake for 45 min., or until golden brown on top. Let cool completely to set, and cut into sm. squares.
