Toaster Oven Cookies :: Cookies that Use Cake Mix

Snickers Brownies

1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
1/3 C. evaporated milk
1 (18.25 oz.) box German chocolate cake mix
3/4 C. melted butter or margarine
1 C. chopped dry roasted peanuts
1/3 C. evaporated milk
1 C. semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-in. baking pan.

Melt caramels and milk; set aside.

Mix remaining ingredients. Press half of mixture into prepared baking pan. Bake 6 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Drizzle caramel mixture over top of chocolate chips. Crumble remaining dough on top of caramel. Bake another 20 min. Refrigerate for 30 min. after cooling.
