Recipe For Cooking Brownie Cupcakes
Toaster Oven Cakes :: Cupcakes
Brownie C.cakes1 C. margarine 4 (1 oz.) squares semisweet chocolate 1 C. flour 1 3/4 C. sugar 4 eggs 1 tea. vanilla extract 2 C. chopped nuts Melt margarine and chocolate together over hot water. With spoon, mix together flour and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Stir as little as possible. Add chocolate mixture, vanilla extract and chopped nuts. Mix all ingredients together. Spoon batter into C.cake tin lined with paper liners. Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 min. or until done. Yields 20 average-size C.cakes.
