Recipe For Cooking Brownie Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Brownie Peanut Butter C.cakes
18 foil bake C.
1/3 C. creamy peanut butter
1/4 C. light cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 (19 oz.) box fudge brownie mix
1/2 C. candy coated peanut butter candies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place foil bake C. in muffin pans or on a cookie sheet; set aside.
Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar and egg in bowl with electric mixer; set aside.
Prepare brownie batter following pkg. directions; set aside.
Place 1 heaping tea. of peanut butter mixture in center of each bake C. With spoon or sm. ice cream scoop, fill bake C. half full with brownie batter. Sprinkle each C.cake with peanut butter candies.
Bake 25 min. Do not over-bake. Cool.
Makes approximately 18 brownie C.cakes with 254 calories per serving.
