Mole Hole C.cakes

2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton peach yogurt
1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix
Apricot or peach preserves
Toasted wheat germ

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine cake mix, yogurt and eggs. Mix just until moistened. Spoon batter into lightly greased muffin C. or in bake C.-lined muffin C., filling each half full. Spoon 1/2 tea. preserves into the center of each C.cake. Sprinkle 1/2 tea. wheat germ over each C.cake. Bake for 25 min.

Makes 24.
