Christmas Casserole Cookies

2 eggs
1 C. sugar
1 C. chopped walnuts
1 C. snipped dates
1 C. flaked coconut
1 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring
1/4 tea. almond extract or flavoring

Beat eggs well. Gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy. Stir in the remaining ingredients in the order given. Turn into an unprepared 2-qt. casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 min. Remove from oven and, while hot, stir well with a wooden spoon. Cool.

Form into sm. balls and roll in additional sugar.

Makes approximately 3 dozen balls.
