Recipe For Cooking Dill Popovers

Dill Popovers

1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 C. milk
2 lrg. eggs
1 C. flour
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1/4 tea. salt
Dash cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. canola oil

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Melt butter and pour into a med. mixing bowl. Add milk, eggs, flour, dill, salt and cayenne pepper. Whisk until smooth.

Coat 8 muffin C. with the 2 Tbsp. oil. Pour 3 Tbsp. batter into each prepared muffin C. Bake 35 min. until well puffed and golden brown.

Makes approximately 8 popovers.
