Another easy, good one.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
3/4 C. of your favorite preserves or fruit spread
Sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Unroll dough and place on wax paper. Pin. all seams together. Cover with another piece of wax paper. Roll into a 16 x 12-in. rectangle; cut into twelve 4 x 4-in. squares. Place 1 Tbsp. of your favorite preserves in center of each square. Fold opposite corners towards center and pin. together. Sprinkle with sugar; place on unprepared cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 min.

Makes approximately 12 fruit diamonds.
