Recipe For Cooking Arabian Macaroons
Toaster Oven Cookies :: Drop Cookies
Arabian Macaroons1 1/3 C. coconut 1/2 C. finely chopped dates 1/2 C. chopped walnuts 1/2 C. sugar 1/8 tea. salt 1 egg, well beaten 1/2 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring Combine coconut, dates, walnuts, sugar and salt; mix well. Blend in egg and vanilla extract or flavoring. Let stand 5 min. Drop from tea. onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 min. or until golden brown. Remove at once from cookie sheet. Makes approximately 1 to 1 1/2 dozen.
