Big Cookies

3 eggs, beaten
1 C. brown sugar, packed
1/2 C. sugar
1 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring
2 tea. baking soda
1/2 C. soft butter or margarine
1 1/2 C. peanut butter
4 1/2 C. oatmeal
1 C. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped or pieces
1/4 C. chopped dates or raisins
3/4 C. chopped walnuts

Combine eggs, sugars, vanilla extract or flavoring, baking soda, butter and peanut butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Drop by heaping tea.ful onto a prepared cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 12 min.

Makes approximately 2 dozen big cookies.
