Recipe For Cooking Chewy Chocolate Chippers

Toaster Oven Cookies :: Drop Cookies

Chewy Chocolate Chippers

1 C. packed brown sugar
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. Sunsweet Lighter Bake
2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
1 lrg. egg
1 Tbsp. water
2 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring
2 1/4 C. flour
1 tea. baking powder
1/2 tea. baking soda
1/2 tea. salt
2 C. semisweet chocolate pieces

Coat cookie sheets with cooking spray; set aside.

Beat together sugars, Lighter Bake, margarine, egg, water and vanilla extract or flavoring.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir into Lighter Bake mixture. Stir in chocolate pieces. Drop by heaping tea. onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 375 degree F oven for 8 to 9 min. Cool on racks.

Makes approximately 3 1/2 to 4 dozen cookies.
