Recipe For Cooking Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies
Toaster Oven Cookies :: Drop Cookies
Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies1 3/4 C. flour 1/2 tea. salt 1/2 tea. baking soda 1/2 C. cocoa 1/2 C. Crisco 1 C. sugar 1 egg 1 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring 1/4 C. milk 18 marshmallows, cut in half Sift dry ingredients. Cream Crisco, sugar, egg, vanilla extract or flavoring and milk. Mix with dry ingredients. Drop by tea.ful onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 min. Remove and press 1/2 marshmallow, cut side down, on top of each cookie. Bake 2 min. more. Cool and top with frosting. Add a pecan half to the top of each cookie after frosting. Frosting 2 C. powderedsugar 5 Tbsp. cocoa 1/8 tea. salt 3 Tbsp. soft butter 4 to 5 Tbsp. milk
