Gradually beat in sugar; continue beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in coconut and pecans. Drop by rounded tea.ful onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake in a 325 degree F oven about 20 min., or until light golden. Makes approximately: About 1 1/2 dozen cookies.
