Little Mermaid Casserole

1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 (8 oz.) jar artichokes, drained
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 C. milk
1/2 tea. salt
Black pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Arrange artichokes in a prepared, 1-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle broken tuna over artichokes. Add flour to melted butter in saucepan and slowly add milk. Cook until thick. Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add sliced mushrooms. Pour sauce over artichokes and tuna. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 min.

Serves 4 to 6.
