Broiled Crab Cakes
Makes approximately: 6 servings 1 1/2 lb. crab meat, backfin, cartilage and shells removed 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard 3 Tbsp. minced onion 1 egg Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Broil 6 in. from heat source, 3 min. per side, until golden brown. Serve immediately. Makes approximately 6 servings of 3 oz. each.
