Recipe For Cooking Date Sticks

Toaster Oven Cookies :: Holiday Cookies

Date Sticks

3 eggs, well beaten
1 C. sugar
1 C. flour
1 tea. baking powder
1/4 tea. salt
2 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring
1 Tbsp. water
1 C. nutmeats
1 C. dates

Mix together well. Spread out in a thin sheet on a jellyroll pan; bake for 20 min. at 350 degrees F.

While hot, cut into long strips and roll the strips in powderedsugar.
