Clams Italiano2 dozen littleneck clams 1/4 C. dry white wine 1 C. bottled marinara sauce 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro 2 Tbsp. chopped scallions Scrub clams well under cold running water. Place in microwave-safe dish with wine. Microwave on high 3 to 5 min. until shells open. Discard any unopened clams. Meanwhile, combine marinara, parsley and scallions. Spoon over clams. Microwave on med.-high for 2 min. Makes approximately 2 servings.
