Microwave Potato Bake

4 to 6 C. thinly sliced potatoes
1/2 C. onions, chopped
1/2 C. bell pepper, chopped
Salt to taste (about 1 tea.)
1/2 C. water

Cover and cook in a microwave dish, on HIGH for about 12 min.

Add:
1 can of mushroom soup
1/4 C. milk

Cook on HIGH until hot and bubbly.
