Black Bean and Corn Quesadilla1 (7-in.) flour tortilla 1 Tbsp. cooked or canned black beans, drained 1 Tbsp. whole kernel corn 1 Tbsp. mild salsa 2 Tbsp. light shredded 4-cheese Mexican blend Place flour tortilla on microwave-safe plate. On one half of tortilla, spoon beans, corn, salsa and cheese. Fold other tortilla half over filling. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1 to 1 1/2 min. or until cheese melts. Let quesadilla sit in microwave 1 min. longer. Serve immediately.
