Hawaiian Bon Bons8 oz. white chocolate, cut up 1 C. unsalted macadamia nuts 1/2 C. flaked coconut 1 tea. grated orange zest (optional) In a 1-qt. glass bowl, heat white chocolate in a microwave oven on med. for 2 min.; stir. Return to microwave and heat on med. 1 1/2 to 2 min. longer, or until melted and smooth when stirred. Stir in nuts, coconut, and orange zest. Carefully spoon into 25 (1 1/2 in.) paper bon bon C., filling to top. Let stand at room temperature, or refrigerate 1 hr. or longer, until firm. Store, well wrapped, in refrigerator. Makes approximately 25.
