Magical Microwave Fudge

2 C. sugar
2 C. brown sugar, packed
3/4 C. butter
1 C. canned evaporated milk
1 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring
3/4 C. flour
1 C. dark or milk chocolate chips and/or 1/2 C.
    peanut butter and/or 1/2 C. chopped nuts of choice

Mix first 5 ingredients together in lrg. microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 15 min. Remove from microwave and quickly, while hot, beat in vanilla extract or flavoring and flour. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and quickly before the mixture cools. Pour into a well prepared pan. Refrigerate.

This fudge sets up beautifully.
