Bavarian Kraut Casserole1/4 C. butter or margarine 1 C. chopped onion 1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1-in. cubes 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut 1/4 tea. nutmeg 1 C. sour cream Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Melt butter or margarine in skillet over med. heat. Add onion and cook until tender. Remove onions; add pork and brown well. Combine onions, pork and sauerkraut in a 1 1/2-qt. casserole. Cover and bake for one hr.. When ready to serve, blend in sour cream and nutmeg. Makes approximately 4 to 6 servings.
