Blue Cheese Biscuits

1 pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10 per can)
1/4 C. butter
3 Tbsp. blue cheese, crumbled

Cut biscuits in qt.s. Arrange in two 8-in. pans. Melt butter and cheese. Pour over biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees F about 8 min. or until golden.

Serve hot.
