Sour Cream Biscuits

2 C. flour
1/2 tea. salt
1/2 tea. baking soda
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 C. sour cream
1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tea. water

Mix together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Add sour cream and mix to a soft dough. Add additional water if necessary. With well floured hands shape dough into round biscuit shapes. Bake in a preheated 450 degree F oven for 12 min.
